The AI assistant

The assistant's responses are generated automatically and provide general information only. They may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them as professional advice; verify any material decision with an appraiser.

Accounts

When creating an account you must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on the site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the assistant.
