What we collect
- Contact form: name, phone, email, damage type, and message.
- Assistant chat: the content of messages you send in the chat.
- Policy file (optional): if you upload a policy schedule in the chat, the file is read only to extract the insurance details and is not stored by us — only the extracted details are added to the conversation.
- Account: email and identity details when you register and sign in.
- Technical: anonymous usage data for performance and analytics (no tracking cookies).
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide an initial assessment.
- To provide and persist the chat service and your history.
- To manage and secure your account.
- To improve the site and service.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. We use processors that handle data on our behalf, and data may be processed outside Israel:
- Clerk — registration and authentication.
- Neon — database storage (conversations and messages).
- Anthropic — the AI model powering the chat.
- Resend / Brevo — email delivery.
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, email routing, and human verification (Turnstile).
- Vercel — hosting and performance analytics.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected or as required by law.
Your rights

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
